May 2018 testing by Infinity Supercritical to determine 60 minutes baseline extraction run with Cascade hops.

Equipment Configuration: Infinity Supercritical 10L Vertical Extraction, 40:1 Gearbox, TriboTube Down Tubes (for electrostatic precipitation), CO2 FlowBar, Small Heat Exchanger, Botanicals Basket, Insulated Chiller Lines, Chiller set to 30 F, PID’s, Stock Valves, Check Valve, PID Controlling Pressure in Reservoir. For this test there is a new prototype extraction removing tool.

Processing Test Run Dynamics: Infinity Supercritical Cascade Hops botanical oil extraction. 454 grams of Cascade hops. One hour run from time EV reaches 89 F. 454 gram (1 pound) of whole leaf Cascade hops with botanical basket, to establish baseline (control) extraction. For this test used prototype CC vessel extract removal device in CC1 and CC2. Machine had some issues building pressure initially. Cleaned valves and replaced valve cap and valve seat o-rings. Machine ran well with no stalls afterwards. Extract oil removal prototype worked well for emptying collection chambers, but was difficult to clean.
